Dr. Csongor Suba
Dental Surgeon
D.M.D. He is specialized in preparing crowns, bridges, inlays and
dentures with recording of the TMJ (temporomandibular joint) movements,
as well as the conservative treatment of complaints concerning TMJ
(malfunctions – grinding of teeth, pressure, clicking, head-, ear-,
neck-, shoulder-, or backache etc).
An indispensable condition of adequate prosthetic dentistry meeting
high aesthetic requirements is accurate functioning, the assurance of
"joint correct" position by a special Gnathological treatment.
The correct movements and the position of the TMJ's are localized by
axiography, facebow record (with bite fork) and bearing device
registration (gothic arch, resp. arrow-point registration).
All these information are transferred in a Quick Master individual
articulator and used both by the prosthetic dentist and dental
technician.
Full Denture
The full denture is prepared with a special - reversible thermoplastic
- material (Ex 3 N, Johannes Meist) and imprinting technique. The main
point is that the margins of the denture are located with the help of
the muscular system. Aesthetics and functionality are guaranteed by
individual design and recording of the TMJ movements.
His Ph.D. researches are performed at the Clinic For Oral And
Maxillofacial Surgery, Semmelweis Medical University, Budapest. He has
published a number of publications abroad and in Hungary as well.
